During your days at the office, we offer amazing snacks, breakfast, and lunch options in all of our locations.Job DescriptionCheckout.com is seeking a Product Manager and leader to the Client Settlements domain. This role will drive strategy and own execution of a critical part of our end-to-end payment processing experience, delivering funds to customers’ bank accounts.In doing so, this person will create seamless and polished front end customer experiences and leverage the latest innovations in payment systems to orchestrate these on the backend. The role will also expand the art of the possible for how customers can deploy funds on the Checkout platform to an expanding set of use cases.The successful candidate will provide cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and business teams, to enable our customers to get access to their funds in the most optimal ways. They will establish a robust foundation and drive scale in existing product experiences and well as go 0-1 on new features. Daily tasks include understanding stakeholders’ pain points, driving prioritization for product development, and developing new capabilities for our customers.How you’ll make an impact:Identify opportunities to improve the UX of the settlement experience for customers and in turn grow their confidence and satisfaction in using Checkout.comPartner with our Treasury organisation to ensure scalability of settlements as Checkout.com expands into new strategic geographiesBuild the product strategy for how customers can leverage Checkout.com’s connectivity with global payment systems to deploy funds on the platformBuild strong partnerships with business, product, and technology stakeholders: buy-in and collaboration to generate momentum for mobile products.Work with other product and engineering leaders to ensure alignment with cross-functional roadmaps that relate to the mobile world.Gain a deep understanding of ‘s customers, be them end-customers or developers, and businesses themselves.Build strong relationships across your network, particularly with engineering. You foster a team culture that upholds Checkout.com’s operating principles.Qualifications3-5 years of product management experience.Experience working in both platform and customer facing productsData-driven: Skilled at leveraging data and business insights to determine strategic priorities and drive the product roadmap and execution.Customer-first: Think from the customer’s perspective and can balance future opportunities with immediate needs.End-to-end mindset: Think in a structured and diligent manner, understanding all key components necessary to drive the ongoing success of a product.Leadership: Excellent at collaborating with stakeholders in product, engineering, commercial, and business teams proactively, demonstrating high EQ and influencing skills.Effective communicator: Able to inspire others with a shared vision and simplify complex concepts for a wide range of audiences.Additional InformationApply without meeting all requirements statementIf you don’t meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please apply anyway.
