We have been trusted by more than 500 colleges and universities since 1999.About the RoleAs a Product Manager, you will work with our Data Operations team that is responsible for extracting, transforming, and visualizing data across the Interfolio ecosystem. You will work with the associate director of product and VP of product to determine the roadmap for data, align priorities internally, handle go-to-market efforts, and manage launch readiness processes.ResponsibilitiesInteract with our Data Operations team and engineers that build and support our data productsWork with our UX team to design interfaces that allow faculty members to tell their stories using high-quality dataManage product releases by aligning internal and external stakeholders on new feature setsWork directly with internal business partners to gather and assess product needs in the marketplaceLead the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature areaDefine and prioritize product requirementsContribute to development and execution of the product strategyRequirementsBe able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities and be able to think critically and analyticallyHave an understanding of best practices in data managementPossess an understanding of the largest challenges in in higher education, ideally through experience working in higher education or in the EdTech spaceHave excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audienceHave a great working knowledge of Monday.com, Jira, Roadmunk, Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)Have experience with Sisense, Tableau, or other business intelligence toolsAbility to write SQL queries and understanding of relational databases and cloud data warehouses such as SnowflakeHave experience working in Product ManagementWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
