The purpose of this role is to produce, curate and manage a variety of information to be consumed by colleagues, both Technical and Business focused. Taking a people-centered approach to business transformation, we use insights to connect brand, content, commerce and experience, underpinned by modern creativity.Dentsu International is a global leader that specialises in Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Retention to enable clients to keep “winning” whilst ensuring customer growth and experience is at the very forefront for their businesses.We’re hiring a Product Manager as part of our team in London working on a hybrid basis.Purpose of the RoleThe Digital Innovation & Product Hub sits within our Dentsu Digital UK team, our digital centre of excellence, partnering with teams across paid search, programmatic, paid social, SEO, digital experience, and more, to develop tools and applications that accelerate our digital client work and internal team innovation.The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, strategy and lifecycle of our digital products and services. Working closely with cross-functional teams and supporting the Innovation Partner; the Product Manager will lead strategic planning, product development, market research and project management, with the common goal of delivering projects that drive measurable success for our client teams.Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and client needs
  • Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing offerings
  • Defining and prioritising the product roadmap, balancing short-term goals with long-term growth
  • Collaborating with design, development, and marketing teams to create product specifications, user stories, and wireframes
  • Working closely with the engineering team to manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
  • Communicating product updates, progress, and roadmaps to stakeholders and clients
  • Monitoring and analysing product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimisation
  • Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Collaborating with our internal Security teams to ensure compliance with dentsu’s Security Policies and standards
  • Keeping product guides and documentation up to date and accurate

Candidate ProfileProfessional

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Innovation, Product or Performance Marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
  • Comfortable setting a clear Innovation roadmap/vision and communicating with wider stakeholders of all levels
  • Able to lead the execution of new and existing Innovation workstreams, establishing the strategic direction, planning and then delivering with support from the Innovation team and, where relevant, wider dentsu digital team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams building web-based applications or tools
  • Experience forming commercial models and taking products to market
  • Ability to manage numerous and changing priorities whilst still meeting deadlines
  • Highly competent with data analysis and reporting

Technical

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience with GitHub, Jira, monday.com, Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and project dashboards
  • Understanding of Agile principles and experience in managing projects using Scrum, including sprint planning, backlog management, and daily stand-ups
