You will join a team managed by Sarra, Head of Product in the Product department. Working in the product team means that you have strong project management skills and engaging communication. Vision and team coordination are core values of the team.
As a Product Manager, you will join a team of four Product Managers working on various products within influence marketing, community engagement, video reviews, and live shopping. Your primary focus will be on advancing our influence marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmapping by aligning with senior management on product outcomes. Prioritize features and initiatives based on user needs and business objectives.
  • Establish key KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and impact.

Product Execution

  • Develop deep expertise in your product domain to effectively communicate its value and objectives to internal teams and clients.
  • Gather requirements and formalize them with appropriate levels of detail, ensuring clarity about business outcomes and success metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to iteratively deliver features according to the predefined roadmap.
  • Support cross-team coordination to ensure smooth feature delivery and execution.
  • Identify, prioritize, and assist in resolving product-related technical, functional, and business quality issues to maintain high product excellence.

Customer/User Insight

  • Develop expertise in user personas and customer needs within your product domain. Understand user behaviors and effectively communicate them to the team.
  • Work with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to track market trends, competition, and user demand. Use these insights to shape product decisions.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to make unbiased, fact-based decisions and inform product direction.
  • Regularly integrate customer feedback from multiple channels into the product development process.
  • Partner with design teams to define UX requirements and contribute to user-friendly designs that adhere to UX best practices.

Communication

  • Effectively communicate product updates and performance to different stakeholders. Tailor messaging to suit different audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and smooth product execution. Understand stakeholder expectations and offer solutions when needed.

RequirementsExperience:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Hard Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban for product development and delivery.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions using tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or BI platforms.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, including knowledge of APIs, databases, and modern development practices.
  • Proficiency in roadmapping tools such as Productboard, Jira, and other project management software to manage roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to interpret user feedback and persona data to guide product development.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to present product strategies, updates, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing creative solutions.
  • Empathy to deeply understand customer/user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority, ensuring support for product initiatives.
