Job Description
As we have grown, the scale, size, and relative complexity of implementations have dramatically increased. Hence, the Oracle Product Development CX Center of Excellence team is currently seeking a Solutions Architect who will work alongside Development, Support, Field Customer Success Managers, and Systems Integrators to start customers off with a business outcome driven solid solution architecture, design, and implementation plan. The Oracle Solution that aligns the customer’s business requirements and that will exceed their expectations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in architecting, designing, and planning the implementation of complex Oracle Incentive Compensation Solutions. The candidate will have deep experience in the business environment and processes supported by Oracle’s Incentive Compensation Product.
Experience and Skills
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in our area of specialization – SaaS delivery of Customer Experience (CX) solutions, chiefly Oracle’s Incentive Compensation. This is a leading contributor – an architect – individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

BS or BA in Business Administration, Accounting; MBA is a plus
-
At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software architecture, planning, and implementation
-
Experience in setting IT strategy and leading business organizations through change is desirable
-
Strong understanding of Oracle Incentive Compensation principles and planning
-
Experience delivering in-person architecture, integration, design, and planning workshops with multiple customer roles – business owner, IT, end-users
-
Extensive understanding of complex compensation plans, including modeling and configuration of Incentive Plans (compensation plans)
-
Good understanding of databases, SQL, and the ability to read and write complex SQL queries
-
Experience implementing, managing, and utilizing Oracle Incentive Compensation
-
Experience leading the implementation of enterprise-class, mission-critical applications
-
At least 3 years of experience in Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DBaaS, DTaaS, DRaaS, etc.) environments

Familiarity with the capabilities of modern analytics reporting tools is desirable

As part of the team, you will make significant contributions to assist our customers, systems integrators, and field service delivery organization through the implementation project while significantly shaping product strategy and growth of our cloud applications.

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
