Best known as the estate agent comparison site, we help 20,000 homeowners per month find the best estate agent.With a friendly team of over 80 people based in beautiful offices in between Old Street and Shoreditch High Street, we are backed by some of the industry’s leading investors including Channel 4, Seedcamp and 500 Startups.Together, we are transforming the experience of selling your home.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead the development and execution of our new referral product, GetAgent Exchange. This is an exciting opportunity to own the product end-to-end, which is a key strategic priority for GetAgent.An initial version of this product has been piloted with large estate agents. We’re now looking for someone to drive the development and – most crucially – adoption of GetAgent Exchange with agents of all sizes.Reporting into the Growth Director, this is an opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to make a huge impact with plenty of autonomy. You’ll have at least one dedicated developer to execute your roadmap as well as support from subject-matter experts from across the business. So whilst you will be well supported, you’ll need to be comfortable setting your own priorities and those of your teamWhat you’ll be doing1. Strategic Marketing and Sales:Direct Marketing Execution: Craft and execute effective marketing strategies, including email campaigns and customised messaging, to drive agent recruitment and engagement.Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to ensure alignment of strategies and facilitate effective communication and relationship-building with estate agents.Corporate Activation: Support the activation process for very large estate agents (working closely with account managers), ensuring effective integration and utilisation of our platform.2. Product Management:Product Ownership: Directly manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including onboarding flow, sign-up optimisation, and usage optimisation.Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvements.3. Operational Oversight:Operational Management: Handle operational issues arising from smaller agents, implementing solutions to enhance their experience.4. Performance Metrics and Outcomes:KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to volume and the overall success of the referral product.What we’ll need from youDemonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns and product development, preferably in the tech or real estate sectors.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to fruition.Experience driving adoption of products, particularly in a B2B environment.Some practical knowledge of email marketing, digital marketing, and CRM systems.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making and strategy development.What’s in it for youSalary: £70,000 – £90,000Benefits: Private Medical Cover, L&D Allowance, Wellbeing Allowance, Perks at Work, Hybrid Working, + Various opt In schemesHoliday: 25 days + BHJoin a growing company at an extremely exciting point in our journeyWork with great people – we place a big emphasis on hiring lovely people.
