We live by it every day.Job descriptionWe’re hiring a Product Ops to join lempire’s Product team.You’ll play a key role in shaping our strategy, driving growth, and making a massive impact in the SaaS world!Your main role will be to develop and scale the lemlist academy. The academy’s mission is to become the go-to place for people to learn how to start and grow a business using lemlist. We offer diverse educational content, providing valuable training and guides for success in outbound marketing. The main goal of the academy is to drive activation and adoption of our products.Your key responsibilities:Lead the development of the “lemlist academy” (lemlist self-serve educational portal). You’ll drive the overall content strategy, ensuring its alignment with business objectives and relevance for usersCoordinate and oversee the creation of educational resources (such as video tutorials, articles, and product tours) by working with external content creators and freelancers as needed, ensuring high quality and consistencyManage and conduct group product demos for small accounts to enhance customer engagement and support product adoptionCollaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure smooth execution of feature launch webinars and relevant educational contentWork closely with the Product team to relay user insights, providing actionable feedback on user pain points/needs and anticipate future product updates.Analyze key performance metrics related to user engagement, content effectiveness, and satisfaction, using data to refine and prioritize initiativesKey resultsWithin the first 3 Months, you’ll have:Developed and implemented a comprehensive content strategy for the academy, ensuring it aligns with lemlist’s user needsCreated at least 20 high-quality lessons covering key features of lemlistConducted 6 successful group product demos for small accounts, resulting in positive feedback and increased user engagementHosted 6 office hours sessions, addressing user queries and improving overall user satisfactionCollaborated with the Marketing team to prepare and deliver at least 2 feature launch webinarsWithin 12 Months, you’ll have:Increased user activation rates by 20% through targeted educational content and improved onboarding materialsDeveloped a comprehensive library of product tours integrated into both the academy and the products themselves, covering all major features and use casesSignificantly increase the number of weekly visits in the academy and average session durationContributed to a 20% reduction in support tickets by creating proactive, self-service content addressing common user pain pointsCollaborated with the Product team to implement at least 10 significant product improvements based on user feedback and observed pain pointsAchieved a 20% increase in user retention rates through improved product education and engagement strategiesMust have3+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Consulting, or Ops ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-driven environments.Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to coordinate projects, prioritize resources, and drive initiatives to completionStrong organizational and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset and capacity to synthesize information into actionable insightsFamiliarity with B2B SaaS products, particularly in areas such as cold outreach, deliverability, schedulingCollaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-growth settingsAction-oriented, with a ‘doer’ mentality, focused on creating value-driven content (no fluff).Nice to haveKnowledge of content production and ability to collaborate with content creators to achieve desired quality and alignment with brand tone.Have experience with previous product academies or educational portalsYou know how to integrate AI in your workflows to 10x your productivityYou’re a pro meme creator.What’s in it for youHave a strong impact on lempire’s growth and visibility.Work in a profitable, fast-paced company that’s bootstrapped ($28m ARR, 30%+ year-over-year)Collaborate with very talented people and level up as the company growsWork from anywhereBe part of a small, agile team where the best ideas winAdditional InformationCompetitive salary + company bonus (up to 12K€ per year depending on company’s performance)Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy the best of both worlds!
