- Support the Product Manager with research and analysis.
- Work closely with the development team to manage and prioritize the backlog.
- Drive delivery of prioritised outcomes.
- Collaborate with business and product counterparts in different markets.
- Lead as the liaison between business users and technical resources.
- Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Understand and represent user needs.
- Manage the backlog and monitor progress and results.
- Recognize and capitalise on improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the CDP, Shared Services, and I&A development teams to achieve prioritised outcomes.
- Understand and represent user needs, creating and maintaining user journey maps.
- Support research and discovery phases to understand customers and gain references for launches.
- Ensure the right solutions are being created and be the voice of the customer.
- Create, refine, and prioritise the development teams’ backlog with clear and actionable Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Manage the current quarter’s roadmap and communicate the status of the backlog.
- Lead quarterly planning, ensuring a clear view of priorities, requirements, and team capacity.
- Coordinate outcomes and iterations.
- Develop strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Support the Product Manager with stakeholder communication and engagement.
- Support the go-to-market strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in a product role.
- Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to build and maintain positive rapport with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Proven experience in product development, including successful product launches.
- Skills to develop, communicate, and execute innovative product initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of product development methodologies, especially Agile and Design Thinking.
- Excellent judgment and discretion.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in marketing, retail, technology, or automotive industries.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
