Be part of a team that creates high-end passenger products like custom lighting and luxury switches for aircraft interiors.What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to implement design changes and production improvements.
  • Support: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely engineering support.
  • Design: Utilize 2D & 3D CAD (Solidworks) for design changes and BOM management.
  • Prototype: Engage in 3D printing, prototyping, and hands-on builds.
  • Innovate: Drive design enhancements considering manufacturability and cost.
  • Document: Review and approve documentation impacted by design changes.

Key Skills:

  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach to design and manufacturing.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative, even with limited information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across all business levels.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks (or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree / HNC / HND in a relevant engineering field.
  • Experience in designing products and assemblies.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Understanding of aircraft manufacturers’ qualification standards (e.g., D6-36440, RTCA/DO-160).
