What You Will DoOperate equipment to defined standards and product specification targetsShipping Teams – load railcars and flatbed trucks/trailersMonitor and/or entry into computer control systemsTroubleshoot equipment to optimize productionPerform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work areaWork as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goalsOperate and/or work around mobile equipment that ranges from forklifts to heavy equipmentMaintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipmentPerform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environmentWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, construction or military environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
- Experience operating a heavy load forklift
- Experience troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing setting
- Experience loading railcars or flatbed trailers/trailers
