We will continue to strive to create a culture and environment where everyone feels empowered and more importantly comfortable enough to bring their full, authentic selves to work.Job DescriptionThe Production Team at St Marks Studios are looking for a production assistant for an exciting 12 month placement opportunity starting as soon as possible.This role will support all four of the main functions: logistics, operations, finance and internal team support. You will work closely with everyone from Producers, Creatives, Client Teams right up to Head of Production assisting with pre-production shoot logistics, maintaining team admin and assisting with on-site shoot running.On small shoots, you will work directly with the Producers to help deliver stunts and activations, stepping up into more responsibility.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Hiring studios and production equipmentBooking hotels and flights for cast and crewAttending production meetings and making notesKeep the production calendar up to date with shoot datesManaging returning all unused props from shoots, arranging couriers for props to client and storing kept props in the store cupboardResponsible for keeping the store cupboard orderly recycling or donating items that have that have become redundantAssist with writing production schedules and distributing them to relevant cast and crewAssist the Production Coordinator with typing and distributing call sheets and daily reportsDesk based research for shoots including props and populating production decksOther duties from time to time as appropriate and subject to workloads.QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational abilities.Proactive and one step ahead of all tasksHave a ‘can-do’ attitudeBe solutions focusedWork well as part of a team with the ability to manage both up and down.Additional InformationSt Marks Studio has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
