Production Associate | Day Shift

A premier metal fabrication company located in Tacoma is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Associate to join their esteemed team on a full-time basis, with the potential for a permanent position through a temp-to-hire arrangement.

Pay:  $20.50 per hour  

Schedule: Monday – Friday,(5am) 6:00am – 2:45pm 

• Mandatory OT

Production Associate Job Duties:

• Loads and unloads material
• Monitor the quality of the material that is picked from the lines and staged in the yard
• Document and track movement of material as outlined
• Assist machine operators as needed
• Follow all safety rules and regulations to include good housekeeping
• Ability to scan, verify, and accurately interpret documents used to stage orders, or load trucks
• Ability to read measurements from tape measures, micron meters and protractors

Production Associate Requirements:

• Consistent & stable work history
• GED or Diploma required for conversion
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume production environment
• Routinely lift up to 50 pounds
