Production Associate | Sign-on Bonus

You’ll work in Redmond helping to make boom and scissor lifts as a Production Specialist. You will work on a dedicated and supportive team that has an on-site wellness center.

Production Specialist Job Duties:

• Assemble equipment: fit brackets, fasteners, and other parts onto structures
• Quality Analysis
• Paint department support
• Production information tracking

If you would enjoy a 4-Day work week with an early 5am start, 3-Day weekends & you’re comfortable being highly active throughout your shift, then this could be a great fit for you!

Production Specialist Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up
  to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand and move around for a 10 hour shift
• Ability to speak, read and understand English

Day Shift Schedules:

• Monday – Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm
• Monday – Thursday, 5:30am – 4:00pm
• Potential Overtime Available: Up to 2 hours after your shift or 10 hours on Fridays

Pay: $23.92 per hour

Bonus: Sign-on Bonus of $500 after 30 days, $500
after 60 days, and $500 after 90 days
