Are you an experienced Production Engineer looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a proactive and hands-on engineer to support our operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our plant and equipment run efficiently.In a nutshell you will be responsible for

• Respond promptly to breakdowns and complete work orders efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance design improvements.
• Conduct planned maintenance tasks, including daily checks and routine servicing.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all work and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with production, technical, and new product development teams.
• Support training to empower operators in minor maintenance tasks.

What We’re Looking ForQualifications: HND/HNC preferred or NVQ/C&G in Electrical (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Operations background, strong fault-finding/diagnostic skills.
Technical Skills:

• Electrical & mechanical fault-finding
• PLC & automation troubleshooting
• Instrumentation installation & calibration
• Welding (MIG/TIG/STICK) & pipefitting
• Health & safety knowledge (COSHH, Manual Handling, Confined Space, etc.)
• Experience with CMMS & Microsoft Office
