Production Lead | Night Shift

A plastics manufacturing company in Beaverton is looking for a Production Lead to add to their team! Perfect for anyone looking to grow their career who has at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position with day or night shift schedules available.

You’d be in the plastics manufacturing industry – making parts that are used in the medical, sporting goods, and aerospace industries!

Production Lead Job Duties:

• Working with new hires to provide training and daily direction
• Inspecting parts to ensure quality and give operators feedback
• Schedule and cover breaks and lunches
• Complete all paperwork

Schedule options:

• Graveyard: 6:00pm – 6:30am

• Days of the week rotate – 3 days off every other week!
• Weekend availability required – 3-Day weekend twice a month!

Pay:
 $18-19/hr

• OT over 10hrs daily
• Est $19 – $20 total per hr with overtime

Requirements
:

• 6 months+ of previous manufacturing experience?
• Ability to communicate both
  verbally to
  provide feedback and written. 
• Decision making in previous roles 
• Meeting deadlines and changing priorities
