• Oversee production processes to achieve optimal output and cost-effectiveness
• Train, schedule, and develop a team of production employees
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage ingredient usage and other departmental costs
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management

What you need to be a Production Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize projects, work independently, and multi-task
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
