We are hiring a Production Operative to join a team in Doncaster! The role is permanent after a successful interview.Benefits

• Permanent @ £23,795 start pay
• Overtime available
• Salary can be negotiable dependent on skill set
• Overtime at 1.33 of basic hourly rate
• No Sundays/Bank holidays
• Monday to Friday working on a day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sampling, testing and preparation in the lab
• Sieving and weighing the product
• Operate testing machinery and ensure accurate results
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure consistent standards
• Logging data on a tablet
• Some manual handling involved

Requirements:

• Experience in a production or lab environment is preferred, but not essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Team player with good communication skills

The role is permanent straight away, the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 16.30pm at a total of 40 hours per week.
