Production Operator

This is an exciting Production Associate opportunity to join a leader in the packaging manufacturing industry at their facility in Colorado Springs, CO. This company is globally known for the diversified consumer packaging, industrial products and protective packaging they have provided to their customers since 1899.  

This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position that offers a consistent schedule, full benefits upon permanent hire, and a safe and clean work environment.

This position you’ll perform tasks that are necessary to provide high quality, efficient, timely shipment of finished products.

Production Associate Job Responsibilities:  

• Assemble, pack, and prepare finished products
• Visually inspect to assure quality of products are in good condition
• Maintain records according to production standards
• Trims/dips/hot wire burns finished parts as required

Schedule:  

• 1st shift
• 2nd shift
• 3rd shift

Pay: 

• 1st shift: $16/hr
• 2nd shift: $17/hr
• 3rd shift: $18/hr 

Production Associate Job Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to frequently bend, stand, stoop and grasp
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
