Join ITV.Your impact sends ripples.The team…We are one of the world’s longest continuing dramas and as the success of Coronation Street continues to grow, we are looking for a Production Secretary to join our busy, hard working team, ensuring that every single one of our episodes is top quality entertainment.The role…In this role you will help facilitate the smooth running of the production. Dealing with production, suppliers, cast and crew. This role is essential for maintaining organisational efficiency and aiding in the timely and accurate dissemination of production information.Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)…Minimum 6 months production secretary experience on a continuing drama/drama series is required for this role.A desire to progress within production.Experience distributing & creating call sheets.Confident and vast experience in organising and booking taxis, other travel and hotels for cast and crew.Experience in arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, organising events, and managing diaries for higher-ups.Experience working under pressure within schedule deadlines.IT literate- experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).Experience working with discretion and confidentiality.Have an understanding of roles and processes involved within a continuing drama production.Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)…Production environment experience.Organisational and administrative skills.Communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail.Logistical problem solving abilities.Problem-solving, adaptability & proactiveness.Friendly and positive can-do attitude to all tasks.A desire to progress within the production team.Time management and prioritisation.An appreciation and passion for programme making in keeping with Coronation Street’s high production values and standardsITV is for everyone.ITV strongly encourages applications for this role from disabled people.
