Production Secretary – Loose Women6 Month Fixed Term ContractOffice/Studio, LondonHiring range: £32,000 – £33,000For more information please email Daytimetalent@itv.comYour work matters to millions.We are looking for an experienced Production Secretary with a variety of skills and experience to work in partnership with editorial colleagues and production management to support the delivery of our daily live shows on Loose Women.As our Production Secretary, you will assist with the smooth running of the production office and generally act as a key point of contact on the production. The tasks will include booking hotel and travel arrangements as advised by the production manager and coordinator for all of the Loose Women talent. Supporting the day to running of the production administration. You may also be expected to assist in a live studio environment, requiring strong people skills and the ability to work under pressure.You will be responsible for call sheets, helping the coordinator arrange crews, setting up overseas shoots, helping the technical director with Skype calls for our guests and processing fees via our talent payment system.Attention to detail and experience of word and excel is very important.If you have talent, a real passion for creativity and want to join our ITV Daytime family, we have plenty to offer you. • Experience working within a production team, particularly in a live production environment
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with colleagues who are working to tight deadlines
• Ability to work proactively and reactively to high pressure situations
• Proven experience as a Production Secretary (preferably on live television)
• Experience of working in a deadline driven environment working accurately and to speed
• Experience working with high profile talent

• Experience using ITVs systems is beneficial, however, training will be given
