Production Supervisor

A manufacturing company is seeking a skilled
Production Supervisor
to join their team in Sultan! If you have 2-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the manufacturing or production industries, we want to talk to you!

This company makes a variety of pipes used for distributing water, and they have over five decades of industry experience. 

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. You’ll have a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule (work-life balance!), a great starting pay, full benefits and plenty of career development opportunities.

Production Supervisor Job Duties:

• Delegate, supervise, and train a team of 15-20 people
• Maintain an on-time production schedule
• Record, read, and analyze production performance, work orders, and production requirements
• Work to improve work procedures and operation schedules while minimizing costs

You will be successful in this role if you have had experience in a leadership or supervisory role in manufacturing or production, are a hands-on leader, and love being in a fast-paced environment!

Production Supervisor Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a Lead or Supervisor position in a manufacturing/production environment
• Experience with leading, coaching, and delegating to a team
• Experience with improving systems and processes

Pay: 

$

35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Schedule: 
Monday – Thursday 5AM-3:30PM
