Production Supervisor | $65-70K | Day, Swing, Grave Shift

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity as a Production Supervisor.

With decades of experience helping their partners and customers grow their business, they have experience in every aspect of online direct-to-consumer sales, mass and specialty retail, promotional product sales and commercial print. They specialize in personalized printing, business printing, photo printing and on-demand printing.

They have the capacity to produce millions of photos and cards each day as well as books and gift products each year!

Role Responsibilities:

• Team management
• Employee training and coaching
• Managing time and attendance
• Meeting production goals

This position is great for someone who is successful in leading teams to meet high volume production goals, developing others and working alongside their team.


Pay:
$65-70k plus shift differential

Schedule: see below

1st Shift –

Non-Peak – Monday to Wednesday 5am to 5pm
Peak – W1 – Monday to Thursday 5am to 5pm and W2 Monday to Wednesday 5am to 5pm

2nd Shift –

Non-Peak – Sunday to Tuesday 5pm to 5am
Peak – W1 Sunday to Wednesday 5pm to 5am and W2 Sunday to Tuesday 5pm to 5am

3rd Shift –

Non-Peak – Thursday to Saturday 5am to 5pm
Peak – W1 Friday to Sunday 5am to 5pm and W2 Thursday to Sunday 5am to 5pm?

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years experience supervising a team of 15 or more in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to be on feet for duration of shift
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts
• Ability to work seasonal holidays during Nov-Dec months
