This company offers a unique product that is brand new to the market – vegan, advanced performance nail polish without harsh chemicals. They are growing their business in personal care retailers, amazon and more! And they are looking to add a Production Supervisor to their bottling team!
In this role you will be responsible for planning, leading and directing all daily activities for bottling operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in production experience ideally within cosmetics, nutraceutical, or food production industries.
Production Supervisor Job Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of production workers
- Collaborate with operations manager to develop production schedules
- Enforce quality control measures
- Identify process improvements, implement lean manufacturing principles
- Maintain accurate production levels
Pay: $60,000-$62,000
Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm
- Must be available for overtime Fridays and as needed
Production Supervisor Job Requirements:
- Bilingual strongly preferred!
- Minimum 5 years experience in production (cosmetics, nutraceutical, or food production)
- At Least 2 years recent experience as a production supervisor
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
