Production Support Analyst (IT)

Job SummaryThe Production Support Analysis is responsible for the first level triaging and investigation of D2D Production incidents utilizing the ticketing system Maximo and applying resolution. If the incident cannot be resolved by the first level, then coordinates the efforts with the second level teams. This individual should have experience in the Ticket resolution systems, the ability to analyze issues and resolve them within the specified SLA’s and provide root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.Responsibilities
