Production Team Lead | Bilingual

Are you a Spanish & English speaker looking to grow your leadership skills and continue your career in manufacturing? A local pet treat company is adding a Production Team Lead to their team.

In this full-time, direct-hire position, you would be leading a team of people making cheese treats for dogs using only fresh ingredients!

As a Production Team Lead your job duties could include:

• Overseeing the production process from the entry of the raw material to the exit of the finish goods
• Ensuring timeliness and quality
• Troubleshooting issues
• Liaising among different departments
• Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers
• Identifying training needs, and ensuring proper training is provided
• Conducting daily meetings with the team
• Allocating jobs to individuals according to the job list
• Conducting coaching and praise conversations
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday – Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

Production Team Lead Requirements:

• Bilingual – Spanish/English
• 1+ year leadership experience
• Working knowledge of machinery
• Ability to communicate and develop relationships across all levels and functions of the organization
• Flexible to help out in other departments when needed
• Prior knowledge of ADP & ERP systems a plus

Pay: $25-29 per hour
