As a Production Technician your tasks will be:– Validate production processes in a high-performance environment, ensuring conformity of finished products.
– Use specialized software to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety in the plant.
– Actively participate in production planning, working with the management team to optimize workflows and maximize operational efficiency.
– Implement and maintain line configurations and standardized work procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
– Support production initiatives by proposing innovative solutions and proactively resolving problems.
-Apply Lean principles to identify and eliminate waste, ensuring efficient use of resources.Qualifications
The Production Technician must have:– College studies (AEC or DEC) in industrial engineering.
– Thorough understanding of industrial engineering concepts and practices.
– Mastery of computer tools, particularly Excel and its formulas, for data analysis and management.
– Excellent management of priorities, able to identify and process tasks.
– Bilingual in written and spoken English-French.Summary
