One of our clients is looking for an experienced Production/Warehouse Technician who will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as participating in production tasks. This role combines physical labor with inventory management, operational efficiency, and production duties in a dynamic work environment. This is a Temp to Hire position working M-F, 8am – 5pm.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management is essential. Prefer some experience with forklift operation.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and efficiency. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical labor.

What you will be doing:Warehouse Duties:

• Receiving and Storing: Unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and products in designated areas.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and prepare reports as needed.
• Loading/Unloading: Load and unload materials and products.
• Putting New Product Away: Organize and store new products.
• Sort and Label: Sort and label products as required.

Production Duties:

• Mixing: Take raw materials and mix them to create various products.
• Sorting: Sort mixes into various containers.
• Cleaning: Clean and sanitize work areas throughout the day and at the end of the day.

A successful candidate for this Warehouse Worker job will possess the following:Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management is essential. Prefer experience with forklift.
