Job description

Your Role:This role supports program inclusions including academics, orientation, housing, arrivals, and co-curricular activities for CEA CAPA Paris. Key responsibilities include: facilitating logistics across all departments; interacting with students; promoting engagement with French and Parisian culture; supporting actively and enthusiastically in the Student Life Office. This position reports to the Program Manager.This is a temporary, full-time position. Standard work schedule is Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, and Friday 9:00am – 2:30pm.What You’ll Do:

  • Program and Student Services Support: Support the PASS Coordinators & Program Manager on housing & student service needs:
  • Reservations for co-curricular inclusions
  • Tracking housing maintenance requests, check-ins/check-out and corresponding paperwork
  • Weekly newsletter research
  • Creating documentation for co-curricular inclusions
  • Academic & Internship Support: Support the Academic Affairs team as needed
  • Program and Activity Facilitation: Participate in arrivals, orientations, excursions, and cultural activities.
  • General Team Participation: Welcome students and visitors; handle package reception.

What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Enrolled in a degree-granting training program (professional or university)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
  • Authorization to work in France.
  • Solid computer abilities and comfort using a PC (Microsoft); proactive attitude regarding IT troubleshooting.
