Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The typical hiring range for this position is: $24.00/hr to $25.00/hr.Position OverviewThe Program Coordinator II, Internship & Practicum, in the Relational Therapy Division & Creative Arts Therapy (CAT) Division, provides comprehensive support to the Directors of Clinical Trainings (DCT) in the areas of internships and practica and students during their experiences. Responsibilities include coordination of clinical internship sections for students and supervisors, research into post-graduate licensure application requests, compliance oversight, and onboarding and offboarding internship students and clinical supervisors. The Coordinator continuously analyzes processes and strategically implements continuous improvements working in collaboration with the Program Coordinator, Internship.The Coordinator has a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in working and collaborating with the Antioch community, and supports a welcoming, respectful and inclusive work environment.Essential Job FunctionsInternship & Practicum Programs
- Oversee the approved internship and practicum sites’ process including developing relationships and maintaining communication between sites and programs.
- Maintain program internship website content reflecting offerings to students.
- Research and review post-graduate licensure requirements for the application process for DCT approval.
- Coordinate clinical meetings in collaboration with the program DCTs including planning, organizing, and scheduling.
- Administer orientation and onboarding protocols for new internship students and clinical supervisors in collaboration with the program DCTs.
- Coordinate and assign internship sections in collaboration with the program DCTs.
- Manage the site audit process, coordinating with the review team.
- Plan and coordinate the bi-annual Internship Fair and the annual supervisor training in collaboration with the program DCTs.
- Assist all DCTs in planning and coordinating special events related to clinical internship and supervision.
- Advise students as they onboard to internships and practical experiences ensuring they meet requirements and are complete and provide registration support.
- Manage the exit advising process for graduating interns.
Reporting and Documentation
- Coordinate the accreditation support related to internship processes for all programs within the divisions.
- Maintain updates to the Clinical Handbooks and Academic Catalog as they relate to the clinical/field experience for all programs including Google and Learning Management Systems.
- Administer the adherence of Continuing Education events to American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) standards for documentation and reporting.
- Manage the database for state licensing requirements.

- 3 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education, experience and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and experience with databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
