In this pivotal role, you will lead and motivate cross-functional teams across a variety of projects, driving successful outcomes that align with our clients’ business goals.The Program Director is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, fostering collaboration across internal, client, and third party teams, and ensuring consistent and successful project delivery.If you are passionate about working on innovative technical projects and delivering high-quality results for some of the world’s leading brands, we encourage you to apply!Please note: some travel may be required for client initiation, key delivery milestones, and company gatherings.Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams on diverse projects, driving successful outcomes
  • Oversee 2-3 direct reports, ensuring their projects stay on track, within budget, scope, in alignment with internal processes, and up to Bounteous x Accolite (BxA) standards
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to secure smooth project execution; communicate any changes to key stakeholders
  • As Scrum Master, lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning
  • Serve as the primary client contact for Program Delivery, ensuring consistent and successful delivery of desired outcomes to further nurture and grow long-term partnerships
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with project teams, clients, and senior management; tailor messaging to accommodate diverse audiences
  • Proactively anticipate, identify, and address potential performance issues; resolve challenging situations, escalations, and conflict in a constructive manner that promotes the long-term success of BxA and client teams
  • Facilitate problem-solving and consensus-building within project teams for practical solutions
  • Ensure teams are equipped with the right tools and information required to deliver high-quality results
  • Lead effective meetings, setting clear agendas and following up on action items
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and/or Smartsheet to provide accurate, data-driven reporting and ensure visibility into project progress and status
  • Build deep expertise in clients’ business domains and align project outcomes with their their goals
  • Partner with Client Service and Business Development teams to scope and solution new opportunities
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and deepening understanding of platforms, service offerings, and industry verticals
  • Coach and mentor Program Delivery team members; support individual growth and development across project and program management techniques, Agile/SAFe, global delivery, Co-Innovation, industry verticals, and digital marketing service offerings
  • Assess BxA program management processes, templates, and collateral; lead efforts to improve, evolve, develop, and up-skill teams
  • Actively contribute to the development of a diverse, inclusive, and equitable team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project delivery experience with progressively increased responsibility at a digital-first, global delivery agency/consultancy
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven ability to adapt and apply the appropriate approach based on the specific needs of the project and client
  • In-depth understanding of the digital development process and technologies
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications a plus
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, complex digital projects (9+ months; $1MM+)
  • Experience managing and mentoring distributed, global teams, with a track record of leading high-performing, cross-functional project teams
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal), eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), and Google Analytics a plus
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as financial services, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare, as well as experience with policies such as Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, and/or CAN-SPAM a plus
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and MS Project
  • Highly skilled in Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven success leading and operating in a matrixed organization; a balanced approach of casting a vision and empowering teams while maintaining accountability to ensure success
  • Self-driven; the ability to work independently, define a way forward, and solve problems with limited direction; proven capacity to drive results in an evolving and complex organization
  • Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships
  • Skilled at developing strong client relationships and managing expectations effectively
  • A keen attention to detail and accuracy; exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, the ability to instill calm in others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A fast learner; proven success picking up new technologies and tools quickly and proficiently
  • Digitally-savvy and well-informed on digital innovations, trends, and technologies
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred
