The Program Manager, ERP is responsible for the strategic oversight, execution, and governance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, business needs, and modernization objectives. This role provides leadership, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to drive the successful deployment of the ERP system while embedding best practices, change management, and long-term operational sustainability. The Program Manager ensures executive-level visibility, adherence to project governance, and the integration of ERP processes into business operations.MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
