Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing logistics and supporting training programs? If so, this Program Specialist role at a non-profit organization based in Downtown Seattle might be the perfect fit for you!

This 6-month temporary, full-time position involves overseeing device operations, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring smooth project execution. As a Program Specialist, you’ll be a key player in enhancing caregiver support through effective program management.

Program Specialist Job Duties:

  • Oversee the tracking, fulfillment, and troubleshooting of Portable Electronic Devices
  • Handle manual shipping and receiving processes at the office
  • Assist with iPad projects, including resetting devices during key periods 
  • Monitor and resolve incident reports
  • Track project costs, schedules, and performance; suggest improvements

Program Specialist Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of project management or technology-related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Office and data systems; strong technological aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid work: 1-2 days in the office each week
  • Onsite daily during projects

Pay: 

$28/hour

Location:

  • Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
  • Free on-site parking available
