We have over 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams of Google, Meta, Amazon and many others to learn and use the most of those technologies.We’re hiring for an Account Executive as part of Global Addressable in LondonPurpose of the RoleThe purpose of this role is to assist the team in their day to day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives.As a Client Executive specialising in Programmatic Media, you will be the point of contact for our clients, ensuring the successful execution and optimisation of programmatic campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional service, drive campaign performance, and exceed client expectations.We are looking for a curious person who is eager to learn fast, knows how to communicate and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment with all cultural challenges and opportunities this brings. A person that is highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about digital advertising and programmatic media.Key Responsibilities
- Assists the team in their day-to-day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives.
- Respond to simple client requests e.g. planning data.
- Use tools to pull data and insights as requested by the team.
- Provide supporting work for planning processes.
- Collect data for competitor reports, media industry trends, live research.
- Support in market communication.
- Coordinates activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time/budget.
- Demonstrate a high level of communication capabilities by seeking and providing clarity, managing internal and client expectations and priorities, delivering a consistent strategic message, stakeholder collaboration and working cross-culturally on a regular basis;
- Be part of a team that ensures efficient and accurate execution of Global client activities, ensuring maximum value and ROI for our clients.
- Works collaboratively across dentsu and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and dentsu.
Qualifications + Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience within Digital Media/Programmatic.
- Ability to showcase your approach, methodologies and reasoning for campaign setup and optimisations.
- Understanding of the global ad-tech landscape.
- Experienced in managing or planning both awareness and performance campaigns via DSPs such as DV360, TradeDesk, Teads, Amazon etc.
- Analytical and a problem solver with a high degree of numeracy and literacy.
- You can look at data, analyse, simplify, and present back clearly to stakeholders.
- You can work under pressure and with short deadlines.
- You have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- You are a good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and how you can take action based upon it.
