If you are inspired by changing the lives of patients all over the world, we’d love to hear from you.About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented and driven Project Analyst to join our team and support the EVP, EAP in managing all aspects of our Expanded Access Program operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving processes, driving financial success, and ensuring our programs deliver real value for patients. Working closely with a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll use your analytical skills and industry knowledge to make a real difference. • Support EVP, EAP in all aspects of EAP operations related to data analytics and transactions
• Manage divisional finance forecasting and reporting
• Provide ad hoc reporting to EVP, EAP
• Support senior management with analysing project and team performance
• Liaise with Project Management, Patient Access Team and Real World Data Managers to realise efficiencies across departments and improve financial outputs
• Lead monthly invoicing activities, working closely with the Project Management and finance team
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies and program enhancements related to data and reporting
• Seek ways of making programs more profitable
• Find better ways of working to improve client processes related to budgeting
• Ensure profitability of pricing structures, working closely with the business development team
• Analyse influx of EAP request data in order to educate the wider industry, for the benefit of patients
• Promote patient centricity throughout all programs

What will you need to succeed?

• Knowledge of the drug development process and pharma industry
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Effective presentation skills, relationship building and networking skill
• Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
• Experience in Excel is essential
• Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• University degree in a STEM Subject
