Apply today!Job DetailsPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Supports Product Development Managers (PDM) and delivery teams on multiple projects simultaneously related to Innomar’s digital products, ranging in size, complexity, and scope.Maintains schedules and artefacts of essential project activities, milestones, and deadlines, and assists PDMs with tracking progress for tasks.Contributes to and supports the development of product deliverables for road mapping and delivery purposes (such as product summits, business cases, RACIs, backlog, charters, Project Plans, Communication Plans, and Status Updates).Prepares scorecards, reports and updates, including financial and time tracking reports.Supports PDMs in preparing for and facilitating key stakeholder meetings and delivers Meeting Minutes in a timely manner post meeting.Provides support for users (e.g., healthcare providers) of specified products, including creating accounts, resetting passwords and providing phone/email support.Perform setup and maintenance in the applicable environments, including setting up processes for time tracking and managing the documentation repository.Performs related duties as assigned.WORK ENVIRONMENT:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
