The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of this our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.About the roleAt Charlotte Tilbury, the Project Coordinator is the gatekeeper to the Creative Services Team.Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for capturing briefs from multiple internal teams including global & local marketing, PR, social, VM and digital. The Project Coordinator will build timeline plans, brief the different team members across the internal creative studio and deliver the projects on time, while sharing regular project updates and statuses to the leadership team.Alongside the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will also be in charge of delivering many creative outputs from Charlotte Tilbury’s global campaigns and product launches across multiple formats and marketing channels, from TV advertising, OOH, in-store, PR, social and digital.You will be part of a growing creative team responsible for every piece of creative content delivered by the brand on a global level. You will thrive on the challenge of a fast-paced environment, and you will be able to use your previous experience as a project manager either in house or at an advertising agency to great effect.As a Project Coordinator you will

  • Lead, execute and deliver briefs received in Charlotte Tilbury’s internal creative agency, including campaign images and videos adaptations, social deliverables, marketing and corporate activations.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing and regional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, considering all project components and dependencies.
  • Serve as the liaison between different teams, including marketing, copy, translations, creative, design, and production, to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members working on your project.
  • Manage reviews and approval with key creative and senior stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Anticipate potential resource constraints and proactively address them to avoid project delays.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of creative output throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project status, milestones, and potential risks.

Who you will work withReporting into the Senior Project ManagerAbout you

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a project coordinator, preferably in a creative or design-oriented environment, in agency or in house.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (Trello, Monday.com, Google Suite, Office…)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
