Introduction to the job

Start and lead projects and activities within the GSC EUV department to support the Continuous Improvement activities that will drive the improvement of the life of the engineers and EMO PL’s within their activities by ensuring the right visibility, automation and sustainability. Drive added value activities that will increase the outcome intra and inter departments to support the ASML local teams and customers.

You will report to the GSC EUV Continuous Improvement Manager and be part of the GSC EUV department that support the local teams and customer for 3rd level escalation support.

Role and responsibilities

You’ll be part of the Continuous Improvement team working together with the entire department to ensure that the department reports, processes and projects are run and completed in alignment with the GSC EUV priorities.

You’ll report to GSC EUV Continuous Improvement and as well you will be part of the large CS EUV where the support of the local teams and customer for 3rd and 4th line escalations happens.

As project manager, you’ll:

  • Initiate and run  projects
  • Drive the development and maintenance of the reporting, process automation
  • Propose new innovative solutions
  • Collect and align requirements for continuous improvements
  • Identify and drive the implementation of optimization of processes

Education and experience

To help us tackle the continuous improvement challenges we face, you’ll need experience in project management, data science and programing. As project manager you’ll need:

  • Master’s degree in data science, programing
  • Experience with driving a project with triple constraints
  • Experience with Power Bi, Mendix, SAP Fiori, SAP, Python, and/or shell scripting
  • Willingness to learn and be opened to new tools

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
