That’s why project management within deployment is so important – and exciting.Working in a project managerment officeAs a PMO, you are responsible for helping delivering on predefined goals. Your job is to help to ensure that we as a deployment team and an organisation live up to our customers’ expectations-that we truly deliver value to our customers. Your main responsibilities include:
- Support the business in driving transformation and develop IT project guidelines and governance in line with PRINCE2 methodology
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining project management methodologies and standards to ensure consistency across projects.
- Aid on best practices for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Assist on establishing and enforcing project governance processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance to help control and to ensure that projects align with strategic objectives.
- Assist in completing conduct project audits to assess compliance with project management standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Help in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
- Assistant in evaluating, selecting, and integrating project management tools and technologies to support efficient project execution.
- Aid in ensure that teams have access to the necessary technology and tools to facilitate collaboration and communication
- Assist in any other adhoc work from the Head of the PMO or any other customer operations initiatives

- A master’s, bachelor’s or equivalent degree with a strong academic performance, Ideally in a IT subject
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with solid Excel skills
- Solid organisational and Numeracy skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- You have a genuine interest in IT systems in healthcare
We consider it a great asset if you:
- Proven work experience in IT project management in a commercial environment
- You have a genuine interest in IT systems in healthcare
- Prince 2 or Prince 2 Agile Practitioner
- Project management environment in a commercial or clinical environment
