Job SummaryThe Project Manager manages SESCO client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports regarding status of projects.The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The Project Manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Responsibilities:

• Survey projects and provide comprehensive scope of work.
• Obtain equipment and contractor pricing and work with salesman on customer quote.
• Coordinate project schedules, including T&B and Commissioning elements.
• Identify and develop new contractors for installations.
• Hiring contractors and providing oversight of all aspects of project installation.
• Organizing schedules between customer and vendors.
• Communicate with customers, contractors and salesmen with project status reports.
• Verifying job completion.
• Onsite commissioning and verification of Refrigeration and HVAC Systems.
• Compiling reports for Refrigeration and HVAC system analysis.
• Travel up to 60%.
• Training as needed for services provided.

Qualifications:

• Proven track-record for Project management experience.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Experienced in Supermarket HVAC and/or Refrigeration systems.
• Controls background with either Emerson or Danfoss.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills.
• Project Management software experience is a plus.
