If Respect for people, Teamwork and Trust are some values you live by you should consider joining us, the Worldwide leader in Tires!Your role:As part of the Project Management Office Manager’s (PMO) team, the selected person will be responsible for acting with leadership, directly coordinating a team and ensuring that key and strategic projects are well managed and delivered within set parameters (budget, timelines, quality, etc.).We need you for:

  • Establish robust and ambitious project plans that cover the 10 required areas of expertise (scope, budget, schedule, quality, communication, HR, procurement, risk, integration and stakeholder analysis).
  • Anticipate and manage project risks.
  • Capture and submit changes to the project plan.
  • Monitor project performance indicators and report on them in the monthly dashboard.
  • Influence the various departments in the organization to ensure the success of the project in line with the objectives set in the scope.

What do you need to possess for being successful?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical engineering an asset).
  • You have 10 years’ relevant experience in project and matrix team management in a manufacturing environment.
  • You have experience in product development and production start-ups.
  • You are results-oriented and have the leadership and influence to keep the team on track.
  • You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so you can communicate both orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
  • You can manage several projects simultaneously.
  • You are autonomous and have a good sense of initiative.
  • You are detail-oriented and committed to a job well done.
