Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: BirminghamSalary: £43,000 to £50,000 per annumHours of Work: 40 Hours Monday – FridayType: PermanentStart Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)We are hiring for a Construction Project Manager for a property developer based in Birmingham.Duties of an Project Manager
- Hands on assistance and general building duties.
- Overseeing various small works.
- Maintaining construction standards across all projects.
- Managing activities of all site operatives.
It is essential that you have the following experience, licence or skills;
- 5-years relevant experience.
- Commercial fit-out experience.
- General building knowledge and experience on the tools.
- Strong understanding and adherence to Health and Safety best practice.
- Full Drivers Licence.
