✔ Access to Company Fleet Vehicles, Company Phone, and Company LaptopWhat You’ll Be Doing:✅ Project Coordination & AdministrationAssist Project Managers with the full cycle of restoration projects, from initiation to completionMaintain real-time tracking of ongoing projects, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to dateEnsure all project documentation (work authorizations, change orders, completion certificates) is properly organized and submittedMonitor project progress, track changes, and support scheduling updates✅ Scheduling & Workforce PlanningAssist in coordinating and scheduling job site activities, ensuring the right teams and resources are availableOrganize and plan employee assignments, ensuring efficient workflowCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project teams, subcontractors, and clients✅ Financial & Contract ManagementSupport Project Managers in budget tracking and invoicingAssist in preparing estimates, scopes of work, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and assist with submission of permits, audits, and reporting✅ Stakeholder & Vendor RelationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Vendors, Government Authorities, Clients, Adjusters, and Project StakeholdersAct as the point of contact for key project updates and inquiriesWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project executionWhat We’re Looking For:✔ High School Diploma/GED required; post-secondary education in Business Administration or Project Management is an asset
✔ Previous experience in construction, restoration, or insurance is preferred
✔ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, JD Edwards, and restoration industry software
✔ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
✔ Ability to travel as needed
