We’re seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead an initiative focused on exploring circular economy solutions within our organization. You will be involved in setting up a pilot project, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetsTrack project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategiesCoordinate with various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partnersEnsure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverablesPilot Project Setup: Define the scope, objectives, and key performance indicators for the pilot projectIdentify and select suitable partners and suppliersDevelop and implement operational processes and proceduresCollect and analyze data to measure project performance and identify areas for improvementStakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations teams, and external partnersEffectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunitiesManage expectations and resolve conflictsQualifications:Proven experience in project management, ideally within a complex, cross-functional environment Circular economy interest and high-level understandingSolid MS Office skills: Powerpoint, ExcelFluency in English and French is a mustGood organizational skills and ability to manage projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPart-time position (3 days per week)Location: Clichy (Paris Area)Hybrid working schedule availableBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
