Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 28,000+ graduates from all walks of life, including career changers, digital nomads and many entrepreneurs – who’ve created 220+ tech startups and raised $1B+ and counting!This Project Manager internship offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company at the forefront of tech education.About the Role:Le Wagon is launching a new tech community platform, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Manager Associate Intern to lead this exciting initiative in Paris. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain significant practical experience in project management within a fast-paced, startup-like environment. As the project owner, you will play a crucial role in the launch and ongoing management of this new platform, reporting directly to the CMO and interacting with the wider leadership team at Le Wagon (Marketing, Engineering, Education, Career, Operations), providing invaluable exposure to senior management. This is a unique chance to take ownership of a project from inception to launch and beyond.Responsibilities:This internship will be divided into two key stages: Launch and Run.Launch Stage Responsibilities:
- Manage the uploading of existing and creation of new content to the platform.
- Create and customise landing pages to promote the platform.
- Set up the member directory.
- Configure event management and email campaign tools.
- Implement the survey feature for gathering user feedback.
- Document processes and share updates with all stakeholders to ensure effective internal communication and promotion of the platform.
- Drive community growth in Phase Two from start to finish by attracting external users through tailored campaigns and engagement strategies, encompassing planning, implementation, and analysis.
Run Stage Responsibilities:
- Monitor platform performance and user engagement.
- Analyse survey feedback and implement improvements to the platform.
- Update and manage content within the content library.
- Collaborate with internal career and content teams to run exclusive events for the community.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or Entrepreneurship.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English is essential.
- Proficiency in modern collaboration tools including Slack, Google Workspace and Notion are a plus.
- A passion for the tech community is a strong advantage.
- Experience with community platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or experience are highly desirable.
