We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated project support officer to work alongside the Wessex Maternal Medicine Network clinicians and data analyst to improve the delivery of patient care and services. The post will play a key role in maximizing the potential and development of the Network contributing to supporting improvement and network progression.Your skills will help us develop and lead the team and ensure we provide a responsive, high-quality service for our women and birthing people whilst meeting our requirements in terms of project development and collaboration with region wide clinicians. This will require an attention to detail and collaborative working with our internal and external stakeholders that supports the development of the Maternal Medicine Network. You will also have responsibility for continuing improvement of practices within the team and support the clinical team in reporting to key stakeholders.You will work with the network to ensure there is development to nationally agreed standards and have a key role in reporting and collate and provide information for highlight reports that detail progression of the network.
