Our client, is a rapidly growing commercial real estate company looking to hire a property accountant to join their dynamic team in their downtown office.Job Description :– Responsible for the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties
– Month end, journal entries
– Account reconciliation
– Accruals, amortization
– Variance analysis
– Responsible for forecasting and budget preparation
– Preparation of year end audit filesAdditional benefits :– Well established company

– Very competitive salaryJob Requirements :– DEC, accounting certificate or Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
– 4 years of relevant work experience
– Experience in real estate required
