This property litigation team are hiring a solicitor with experience in property litigation to work a high quality property litigation casework.Working for an enviable client base, you’ll be advising national landlords and tenants, developers and investors on restrictive covenants, trespass, landlord and tenant, lease renewals, rent and service charge recovery, insolvency issues and easements.You must be a qualified solicitor and have atleast 5 years’ experience in property litigation from a reputable property litigation team. If this has been a part of a wider litigation caseload, please still apply.
