• Basic salary: £20,000–£27,500 per year (based on experience).
• Up to £5,400 in capped commission and an additional £2,725 uncapped commission.

Your Role as a Property ManagerAs a Property Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property inspections.
• Negotiating tenancy extensions or renewals.
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs with contractors.
• Managing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears.
• Handling evictions and ensuring regulatory health and safety compliance.
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing complaints and completing detailed inventory reports during check-ins and check-outs.

What You BringWe’re looking for motivated individuals with:

• A full UK driving licence (manual vehicles).
• Experience in a property management role.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
• Proficiency with IT systems.
