We are assisting this thriving practice in their recruitment for a property solicitor to join their busy agricultural team to work on a range of agricultural land and property work. As the property solicitor in this strong property team, you will be working on agricultural landlord and tenant, sales and purchases of farm land/property, partnerships, joint ventures and other rural enterprise matters.This property solicitor is to join the Sherborne office on a hybrid basis.Working for a number of estates, farming businesses and institutional clients, you will be working on a varied transactional caseload to include agricultural tenancies, sales and purchases, equestrian properties and much more. This team are looking to hire due to growth in the team.You will be a qualified solicitor and have 2 PQE and above.
