Property Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Assist potential tenants with questions and application process
  • Problem solve any tenant issues, assist with resolution
  • Provide professional communications via in person, phone, or email correspondence
  • Administrative duties; data entry, maintain tenant files, work orders, maintenance calls, scheduling

    You will be successful in this Property Specialist | CSR role if you are passionate about helping other, thrive in a highly diverse environment, and customer service oriented.

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM

    Property Specialist Requirements:

    • 2+ years customer service/admin experience
    • Computer Proficient job related; MS office suites, outlook, excel
    • Professional verbal and written communication
    • Highly organized, able to multi-task effectively

    Pay: $28.75 per hour
